If you will use more than three times in a week your hair gets thinner.


use hair conditioner instead of shampoo.Garnier's hair conditioner is pretty good.
for most of these kind of goods like soaps shampoos toothpastes etc. its recommended generally to use any normal kind of these stuffs regularly.


medicated stuff like mediker or other strong shampoos should be avoided until recommended by a dermatologist..some people find mild herbal shampoos fit for regular usage.
There is no safest shampoo to use everyday. It just depends on your hair type, and how often you wash it.

i use johnson baby shampoo.
don't use shampoo daily ....if you want to use it i think shikakai is the safest way
