Shampoo???

ok so im an african american and im wondering if i should use vive pro or garnier for my hair. which one is better and would still give me a shine and make it stronger. because i want it stronger so it will break less and grow more help?Shampoo???
The best shampoo to buy is that from a salon.





If you use shampoo from a supermarket you may as well be washing your hair with washing up liquid and using fabric softener as a conditioner.





When you buy from a salon the ingredients are very different. they are not a harsh on your hair.





If you go into a salon and tell them what you want they will be able to recommend the best thing. There are so many different ones. it is trial and error





You need to shampoo your hair twice, first shampoo cleans the hair and scalp and second shampoo does what the shampoo is designed to do. You should only use a small amount of conditioner. Your hair isn't meant to feel soft and silky while in the shower and if it does you are using too much. Just put a small amount through comb with a wide tooth comb and leave while you Wash you self. You will be amazed how you hair will feel when it is dried. that's when you want it to feel soft and silky

i have the same problem but im mixed and have long silky hair so i need need a really goood shampooo that will work so what i use is (creme of nature) u can find it at walmart or sallys hair supply store.
