For internal nourishment you need Vitamin A, B 6, B 12 and E plus proteins.

External nourishment can also be deep oil treatment with coconut or almond oil but to strengthen my hair roots and to hydrate my scalp I use Ziravie lotion which has coconut, olive, avocado and Aragan oil plus herbs.

The best shampoo I have come accross is Ziravie. It is pH balanced and fruit based.
Catile soap Is the best, I buy a big bottle for like 14 dollars at target. And it last me the whole year because I mix I oz. of castile soap witha 12 oz, water.

if you want a shampoo and conditioner with no chemicals your going to have to go organic. you can find these at organic food stores (Whole Foods, Central Market, etc). Some other stores may carry organic shampoos/cond. - youll just have to read the label.

Hair %26amp; skin supplements from Holland %26amp; Barret are great they really do work. I would agree that Johnsons baby shampoo would be the mildest.
