How often should you use 2 in 1 Shampoo/Condtioner?

I bought Suave Smoothing 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner about 2 weeks ago and so far it's the best hair product that I've ever bought! However, my hair looks best the day I wash. After sleeping on it, it looks a little greasy and my waves disappear.





I've heard that you should use shampoo 2-3 times a week but you should condition everyday. So how often should you use 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner?

You shouldn't use it at all.





Get seperate containers,


because it doesn't get down to where you really need the recoverage for conditioning,


and for shampoo, it won't get you as clean as it should.








Also,


if you go with Suave,


get the hydration kind because the regular Suave WILL dry out your hair.How often should you use 2 in 1 Shampoo/Condtioner?
wen it s greasy eewww so do it 1 a week i do it in the sink try regular ten 2 in 1 good luk!!!

My hair is really thick, so my hair can get really tangley.
I dont use it at all, i've heard it was bad for your hair.
