Apply baby oil to your scalp and use a fine tooth comb and gently lift the cradle cap off of your scalp. Be careful that you don't hurt your scalp and make sure that you shampoo the remnants completely from your hair.

Hope that helps! How to permanently remove shampoo build up?
do you let your hair dry natural. if so then that builds bacteria and then when your hair does dry the bacteria turns to white flakes. message scalp by combing out before washing. blow dry hair. at 13, you dont have cradle cap. vinegar is a good astringent to get out build up. i always change out my shampoos so i dont get build up. if you use the same products all the time that is how you get build up. also try this, after combing out the hair, before washing, soak your scalp in some baby oil and let soak for about 15 min then wash out very very well.
Try Bumble and bumble ';Sunday'; shampoo
