What hair shampoo do you people suggest using for growth?

I was told to use Garnier Fructis Long and Strong.


I love Garnier, but I wanna hear other opinions, maybe theres other shampoos out there that are very good too :)What hair shampoo do you people suggest using for growth?

i would suggest parachute oil and himalya protein shampoo


And to be frank stop using all types of shampoo it may damage ur hair.The reason y i suggest himalya is just because i have very long hair since i started using himalya protein shampoo my hair started growing very well
i use shaklee shampoo.a drop of it is enough and it will makes more foams than ordinary shampoo.it also enriched with nutrients and minerals that make our hair strong and healthy.but it's not cheap shampoo.but i can last for 5 to a year with a bottle of shampoo.
OK first off the shampoo they sale at stores are no good when it comes to something like that, what you need to do is go to a beauty salon and they well recommend a shampoo that well work, it might be a little expensive, but believe me they work.
