What is a good shampoo and conditioner for dry, damaged hair?

Also, what is a good weekly treatment for dry, damaged hair?

ThanksWhat is a good shampoo and conditioner for dry, damaged hair?
Naturelle Biotera Moisturizing/Reconstructing Shampoo and Conditioner is GREAT.

A good weekly treatment is using a hot oil treatment or mixing honey and olive oil[and heating it up and applying to hair] once a week.

I had damaged fragile hair, and what i've been doing since is when I get out of the shower I towel dry it, then I put Beyond The Zone ';Split Mender'; on the tips of my hair, then I let it air dry for a little bit. Then after It starts to slightly dry I put CHI Silk Infusion [or a cheaper version;Generic Silk Treatment] on the the roots and around the top of my hair. Then i blow dry it with a round tourmaline brush n sections. Then i put a few drops of The Silk Treatment into my hand and it makes your hair Unbeliveably soft and healthy to the touch.

Also another tip is when your rinsing the conditioner use cold water, because it seals the cuticle up.What is a good shampoo and conditioner for dry, damaged hair?
It depends on what your hair type is. Redkin and Biolage have some great products for dry hair. If your hair is coarse or needs lots of moisture I suggest using Redkin's Allsoft line. Part of the line is a weekly treatment called Heavy Cream which is amazing. If your hair is dry Redkin's Clear Moisture line is good. If your hair is fairly damaged Redkin's Extreme line is really good at getting your hair back in shape. Pretty much all of Redkin's lines contain a weekly treatment conditioning product.

Biolage makes 2 kinds of moisturizng lines for dry and damaged hair. One is for fine/normal hair and the other is for thick coarse hair, so you can find which one would better suit your hair type.

I have struggled with dry, coarse and frizzy hair for years and use Biolage's Ultra-hydrating shampoo and conditioner and really love it. Most drug store brands that claim to be hydrating actually strip my hair and leave it worse off.
I really recommend tresseme's dry brittle hair mask type thing, it comes in a big tub and works really well for my hair. That would probably make a good weekly treatment, as does coconut oil.

Any conditioner with coconut is very good for dry hair.

There's a nice website called 'Oyin' too, their products are mostly suitable for all hair types.
pantene pro-v for sure its the best and helps a lot! so many of my friends use it and always recommend it often! oh and a good weekly treatment for your hair would be a deep conditioner they have lots at sallys...you can choose which you think is best for your hair but i like to use hair cholesterol! oh and my friends favorite treatment is loreal natures therapy deep conditioning treatment that should work reallly well cuz she bleaches her hair often and she says it makes her hair soft and smooth again!
I just started using salon shampoos and my hair feels so much better! I reccomend going to your local salon and asking what would be best for your hair, and remember not all salon products have to cost lots of money. You can get some for just 8 dollars! (no they are not the mini size)
TIGI Catwalk oatmeal and honey shampoo and conditioner. itz for dry/damaged/dyed hair. it works great i love it and it smells great to!!

and for the weekly treatment do hot oil treatments you can get them at your local hair salon, they work great as well!!
